Fred served as a Non-Commissioned Officer is the US Army, and has held executive roles at several startups, as well as Accenture, Sprint PCS, and AT&T, prior to forming DHC DIGITAL SERVICES. Fred has extensive experience in the development and delivery of strategic business and technology solutions.
